Vita
Jasmin Seitz is a professor at the Institute of Organization and Leadership at OST in St.Gallen and teaches at HSG. She is a research affiliate at TUM and was a postdoctoral researcher at the Professorship for Innovation and Technology Management in Straubing. She holds a Master of Science in Management (CEMS) from NUS Singapore, WU Vienna and University of St. Gallen. Her research focus is on the intersection of digital transformation and the implications for strategic management. The topic of her doctoral thesis was the influence of state grants on the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. Before, she worked for the international strategy consultancy Bain & Company in Zurich from 2016-2022. During this time, she gained numerous project experiences in the insurance, banking, consumer goods, automotive and telecom industries.
